Through her quarterly detox programs, private coaching packages, and her own personal weight loss experience, she’s here to teach you how to figure out the age old answer to the question, “What’s for Dinner?” without wanting to give away your young, making your husband sleep on the couch, or running away to Cabo (although, Cabo is a fabulous vacation destination)!
Her adoring fans call her sassy, crazy, and fun in a tiny, kick-butt package (she’s also a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do).
As if all that is not enough, Chris is always looking to learn more. She just finished her first semester at the School of Applied Functional Medicine, and is getting ready to start the program at the Academy of Culinary Nutrition in September, to continue to further her Health Coaching education.
When she’s not helping others change their lives, you can find her camping or watching movies with her husband and kids, and working the café at her church. Once in a while, she indulges in binge watching Cold Case Files, Master Chef, Food Network Star, or anything with Minions in it.
