RECIPE: Hot Salsa Chicken

Chris Kramer Coaching

I had a few requests for this recipe, so here it is!

If you’re the type of person who doesn’t know what to make for dinner, this is one of the easiest, most delicious recipes I’ve found! Only three ingredients, this will give you a great dinner in about 15 minutes. Enjoy!

HOT SALSA CHICKEN

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 jar salsa

1 cup shredded cheese (I used Reduced Fat 4-cheese Mexican cheese)

Directions: Spray deep frying pan with cooking spray, or use about 1 tsp. of a high heat oil such as grapeseed or coconut oil. Place chicken breasts in pan and turn on medium-high to high heat. Cover pan and cook breasts until they’re done using a meat thermometer. Turn occasionally to prevent burning. This should only take about 5-10 minutes. When breasts are done, add jar of salsa to cover all four breasts. Take the pan off the heat, sprinkle cheese over top of chicken breasts and replace cover. When cheese is melted, the dish is done. Makes 4 servings.
